Content moves to Supabase

The CMS now runs on Supabase Postgres through the official Payload adapter. Twenty-two tables were created by a versioned migration (articles, vehicles, places, authors, editorial sources, media). The schema is no longer auto-pushed: every change goes through a reviewed migration to keep the database reproducible.
